My son jinxed me. He said the colonic would allow me to lose but I'd gain back. Last week I lost 3 pounds after a colonic and not only kept it off but lost another pound before weeks end.
I told myself I'd take a break when I no longer lost 3 pounds in a week so since I gained a pound I knew I wouldn't make it. Besides, I bought a brand new ice cream maker from Goodwill for a good price as we drink raw milk that means milk that hasn't been pasteurized as it kills the enzymes that are needed for you to benefit the nutrients in the milk then the milk is homogenized to keep the fat from separating which means they add two extra oxygen to each molecule. Anyway, I want to try the new machine, told my husband I'd make him homemade ice cream and I want to have some too!!!
