Round 2 - Phase 2 August 8, 2010

I'm looking at least for 24 pound weight lost, maybe more. First round I lost an average of 3.3#'s (not counting load up) a week or 1/2 a pound a day so I'd need 7 weeks if I kept to the same.
  • goal weight 128

I had an apple before church
Lunch: Buffalo burger with a salad included 1/2 cup cucumber and 1 slice diced red onion
Dinner: Apple stuffed chicken

Round 2- Phase 1 "load up" August 6, 2010

oops, I realize that I had maintain for two month at a 5 pound weight gain. I would gain a pound or two but lose it within the next couple of days. Then I was out all day, from early morning, and I had not planned that I would be so I decided nothing at any fast food was healthy so if I'm going do it do it good. I went to Skipper's and had deep fried fish and french fries. Oops, I do NOT know what I was thinking....I'm allergic to wheat!!! I gained 5 pounds. Then 2 more for a total of 7 #'s. Interesting how God works! I went to work. I work for a farmer who knows how I feel about all the herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, rodentcides. He was in their wheat warehouse at the start of their harvest season and he made a point of calling me over to show me what he puts on the wheat after a truckload is dumped.... Malathion. I told him about a inexpensive natural product to kill pests as it is a shard to their bodies. REMEMBER not to eat wheat!!!
Okay, so I started at 152 pounds before load up.

Day 1 - I enjoyed french fries w/o wheat, grilled cheese, Non-GMO corn tortilla taco's, a movie at the theaters with buttered popcorn and dairy queen Blizzard to end the evening.
Day 2-oiled potatoes and over easy eggs, Cold Stone ice cream, hamburger and potato chips, gluten free cake w/choc. icing and vanilla ice cream. All that gave me a 3# weight gain and a delicious start.
