Round 2 - Phase 2 August 8, 2010

I'm looking at least for 24 pound weight lost, maybe more. First round I lost an average of 3.3#'s (not counting load up) a week or 1/2 a pound a day so I'd need 7 weeks if I kept to the same.
  • goal weight 128

I had an apple before church
Lunch: Buffalo burger with a salad included 1/2 cup cucumber and 1 slice diced red onion
Dinner: Apple stuffed chicken
