Fennel Sauteed

1 whole fennel, bulb and stalks, cut in bite size
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp. dry mustard or 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
salt & pepper to taste

Bring chicken broth to a boil, add fennel slices and spices. Simmer 20 mins.
