1 whole fennel, bulb & stalks cut into bite size pieces
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp. fennel seed
1/8 tsp. anise seed, ground
salt & pepper to taste
Place all in a pot and cook 20 mins.
*could put your 100 gr. of chicken breast cut up into soup.
