2 cups beet greens, chopped
2 Tbsp. water or broth
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 cup onions, diced
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
Saute onions in water or broth, add greens, saute for another 5 mins. Add rest of ingredients just before serving.

Thank you for providing this recipe as a reference point for me. In stead of broth, did about 1/4 c of water and simmered onion power, fresh garlic, salt, lemon juice and cumin for about 15-25 minutes and then added the greens.
