March 11th & 12th - 2 days of "Fattening up" Prep before VLCD

Yes, anyone can do this diet! When you've been on a cleanse that has shrunk your stomach it is a little much but ... Oh! So good!
Day 1
Breakfast: potatoes, eggs and cheese
tea with honey
Snack: rice chips
Lunch: cream of broccoli soup (used 1/2 & 1/2)
Snack: mint chip ice cream
Dinner: dark chicken and cheese quesadilla's - used George Foreman Grill

Day 2
  • weight 172
Breakfast: poached eggs in oil
Snack: rice chips
Lunch: cream of broccoli soup
Snack: GF chocolate chip cookie
Dinner: Super Grande 3 meat Mexican Burrito
