- weight 171, 1 pound down from yesterday though I gained 2 during 2 day prep.
- Made pot of Yerba Mate tea
- Breakfast: grapefruit
- Lunch: Chicken Soup
1/4 cup diced onion
1 green onion diced, only white part sauteed
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
2 sprigs of fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. of fresh oregano
1 tsp. marjoram
Sauteed above then added 1 cup of water, 3 oz. cooked chicken, green part on green onions and 1/4 fresh chives.
Wow! Delicious!
- Snack: Fuji apple
- Dinner: Beef Rib, used a rub found on another blog but didn't care for it nor my son. Will try a sauce next time.
