March 21st, 2010 Day 9 of VLCD

  • weigh 165 ... that's 8 pounds in 8 days!
Yes, water is allowing that 1 pound a day again!

  • Snack: Fuji apple
  • Lunch: hamburger w/lettuce as the bun w/BBQ sauce and 1/2 a steak tomato
  • Dinner: stuffed apple chicken breast
PS. Taught Sunday School today = standing and still no foot pain! :) :) :)
