The last three days I seemed to be at a 1/2 of a pound loss each day though over this 1st week it has averaged out to 1 pound a day. I wonder if having less than 1/2 a gallon of water a day has anything to do with it? Also, I just noticed on my vitamin powder container that it contains 1 gram of sugar and 4 grams of carbs., I only take 1/4 the amount but maybe enough to make a difference?
- Snack: Fuji apple
- Lunch: lemon pepper chicken and romaine leaves w/vinaigrette
- Dinner: Steak marinate in teriyaki sauce and romaine leaves w/vinaigrette
- Snack: Fuji apple
- water: 8 cups plus 1 cup yerba mate, 1 cup orange w/cinnamon tea plus 3 cup green tea.
Yesterday, I had a two hour drive up to Portland OHSU for some dental work which took three hours then another 2 hour drive home so dinner ended up being at 7:30 but I lost a pound. I didn't drink all the water I should as didn't want many restroom breaks.
